1. Return Period
- The dress should be returned on or before the scheduled rental return date as mentioned while booking.
- There may be additional fees for late returns.
- In case of a return requested because of damage or defects, it should be informed immediately upon delivery of the product.
Quick returns are accepted only in the below-mentioned circumstances:
- The dress is defective, damaged, or torn upon arrival.
- The incorrect dress, size, or style was shipped.
- The dress has visible stains or quality defects that were not made known at the time of rental.
2. Refund Process
Refunds are only made for confirmed instances of damage or defects. After we receive and check the returned dress, we will make your refund. Refunds will be made to your bank account.
